About
HOID is a Los Angeles based art & design studio that aims to deliver gentle works through disruptive methods.
Digital technologies lie at the heart of the studio, and are interchangeably used to produce distinctive design objects, data-led research, 3d-based wearables and art installations. Working across disciplines creates a vast pool of opportunity in which both digital and analog approaches are embraced and connected through a reputed visual style.
HOID is the fusion of product design studio “Mashallah” and design research project “The T/Shirt Issue”, combining their love for 3d design and digital pattern-making into projects that each carry a unique personal narrative.
